Tyler is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. For most of his twelve plus years as a licensed California attorney, Tyler has been a zealous advocate for Bay Area tenants in both litigating affirmative civil suits and defending evictions.

Immediately prior to joining Wolford-Wayne, Tyler worked as a public interest, nonprofit attorney in San Francisco. At the Eviction Defense Collaborative, Tyler served as the Directing Attorney of Shelter Client Advocates Program. At the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, Tyler worked as a staff attorney, defending Ellis Act and other no-fault evictions as well as litigating affirmative lawsuits on behalf of low income San Francisco tenants.
