Jason is a founding partner at Wolford Wayne. He has dedicated the majority of his twenty plus-year legal career to representing Bay Area tenants. Jason’s practice focuses on representing tenants in wrongful eviction, habitability, harassment and retaliation lawsuits.
In his spare time Jason donates his time to a variety of community justice organizations. Jason is the President of the Board of Directors for the Eviction Defense Collaborative, volunteers as a tenant counselor with the San Francisco Tenant’s Union, and is actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association.
When he’s not working on behalf of tenants Jason enjoys getting outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Daniel is a partner and co-founder of Wolford Wayne LLP. Daniel has spent his entire legal career dedicated to fighting on behalf of tenants. He has resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of Bay Area tenants and helped his clients recover millions of dollars.
Daniel is active in the tenant’s rights community. He is a volunteer counselor at the San Francisco Tenants Union, writes about tenant’s rights issues for the popular San Francisco-based site Broke-Ass Stuart, and for the San Francisco Apartment Association, and has appeared on 91.7 FM KALW’s “Your Legal Rights” Program.
He received the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award from the San Francisco Bar Association in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and has presented to numerous legal groups, as well as to the San Francisco Apartment Association, on topics such as AirBnB and short-term rental legislation, tenancy buyouts, and habitability litigation.
Daniel has been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in each of the past six years (2016 – 2021), an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California.
In his free time Daniel enjoys traveling, spending time with his dog, Sadie and getting outside as much as possible. Daniel makes his home in San Francisco. He is originally from Seattle, Washington.

She is an associate attorney at the firm where she focuses her practice on representing residential tenants in wrongful eviction, habitability and harassment lawsuits. She has spent the majority of her six years as an attorney practicing tenants’ rights in the Bay Area. She currently volunteers with Open Door Legal, providing legal assistance to their housing department.
In her free time, Megan enjoys yoga, baking, and spending time outdoors. Originally from the Portland, Oregon area, Megan currently lives in the Bayview district of San Francisco.

Melinda joined Wolford Wayne in 2018 and serves as the firm’s office manager. Melinda is a Bay Area native and grew up in the quaint suburb of Benicia. After spending the first three years of college chasing her dreams as a softball player out of state on an athletic scholarship, Melinda returned to San Francisco to earn her degree in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
Always looking to help, Melinda has also volunteered countless hours at several nonprofit organizations, including the ASPCA, PAWS, and GLIDE. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new vegan restaurants, and coaching softball.

Michelle Delgado joined Wolford Wayne in 2020. Michelle is a paralegal with the firm and her work focuses on working with clients and working on wrongful eviction and construction litigation matters. Michelle grew up in the small town of Rio Linda, just outside of Sacramento. She attended U.C. Davis on a full academic scholarship and earned her degree in Native American Studies.
Michelle is a mother of two and owns a small business, Aligned Nutrition, in Sacramento. She frequently volunteers with the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and has assisted in the planning and execution of the last three Walk Like MADD events in the Sacramento region. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her children, going to the beach, and trying new escape rooms.

Gabriela is an intake specialist with Wolford Wayne. She joined the team in 2021. When you call our office she is likely the first person you will speak with. Gabriela grew up in Honduras. In her free time she loves to travel, and has traveled to various countries in Central America, Europe and South America.

Angie Fayad joined Wolford Wayne as a Paralegal in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in various Plaintiff’s firms in San Francisco that specialize in tenants’ rights, employment discrimination and harassment, arbitration, class action suits, and complex litigation.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from California State University, East Bay, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Political Science from Canada College. While in college, Angie held leadership roles in a variety of student groups, including Student Government to the Political Awareness Club, where she served as President.
Angie is a strong advocate for people’s rights and justice, and enjoys helping others. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, the outdoors, photography, and playing electric guitar.

Aaron serves as Of Counsel to the firm, where he counsels and represents commercial tenants involved in contract and eviction disputes. Aaron is the founder of the Jackson Law Group, a boutique firm located in San Francisco dedicated to representing small businesses and owners and startups in litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
